Exchanges and Returns at OLONO
We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a request, write to us on support@olono.in

1 Return and Exchange Process:
- Upon approval of your request, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email.
- Please note that returns and exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: UNIT NO 114 FIRST FLOOR, SHEETAL SUPREME
INDUSTRIAL ESTATE NO. 3, SATIVALI, VASAI EAST, VASAI-VIRAR CITY (MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION) , VASAI, PALGHAR, 401208 - After the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC). Only after QC approval will the exchange or return process move forward.
2 Timeline for Exchanges and Returns:
- Exchanges: Processed and shipped within 7-10 working days, subject to stock availability.
- Returns: Refunds are issued as store credit once QC is approved. Store credit details will be emailed to your registered ID and are valid for 12 months.
- Conditions for Return or Exchange:
You may request an exchange/return if:
- The product does not fit.
- The product or its packaging has been tampered with during transit.
- The product is defective or incomplete.
For the request to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
- The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original saleable condition.
- All brand tags, packaging materials, and accompanying accessories are intact and unaltered.
- The product is not tampered with or altered, except in cases of vendor defects.
- There are no stains, odours, scratches, or other signs of wear and tear.
- Products purchased as a set must be returned or exchanged together.
OLONO reserves the right to decline any request that fails to meet these mandatory conditions.
Exclusions:
- Products marked as “Sale” or “Non-returnable” are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are issued as store credit equivalent to the purchase value (excluding shipping charges).
- Store credits can be redeemed exclusively on olono.in and are valid for 12 months.
- Cash refunds or transfers to original payment methods are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy:
- COD Orders: Cancellation requests can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
- Prepaid Orders: Once placed, prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
