SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing:
Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing, depending on product availability and payment verification. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, so kindly ensure that all details are correct before completing your checkout. Olono does not ship on weekends or public holidays. All orders are shipped from Mumbai, India.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. If you don't see the confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Due to high demand, some items may become unavailable even after an order has been confirmed. In such cases, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, or by check mailed to the address listed on the order. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be cancelled by Olono at any time.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information included.
Please note that during special releases, holidays, and promotional periods, orders may experience shipping delays.
Pre-Order Policy:

Olono offers complimentary standard shipping within India, with delivery in 3-5 business days.

Lost Packages:
Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Olono is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are transferred to the courier. If you have any concerns regarding lost packages, please contact support@olono.in
Final Sale Items:
All sales are final during sale or promotion periods. Olono reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue any discounts or offers without notice. No price adjustments will be made if the price of an item drops after your purchase.
